I think you’ll want to add what I share with you in my Enlightened Living Seminar to your Self Care bag of tricks. We have to “plan” to be healthy today. That means develop your strategy and then keep reviewing and updating it because you change, your needs change, times change and opportunities change. Nothing needs to be in stone, except your intent!

My new shorter seminar helps you create space in your life and in your being where there wasn’t enough. It helps you let go when you didn’t know you were holding on. And, it gives you back some energy, not to mention some relaxation and calm as well. You can set the stage for your health and your growth with these simple skills.

Plan to come to the next Enlightened Living Seminar. Take home a deeper understanding about what to do to be healthier and happier and the tools to do it.

The seminars are being held monthly except for May, July, August, and December this year. Here is the schedule:

Sundays 10 am to 2 pm; Location is 20 Poyntz St.Barrie, ON. L4M 3N9

February 15th , March 15th, April 19th, June 14th, September 13th, October 11th, and November 15th.
